Rightfully applauded by learners from all over the world for the excellence of its language teaching, another vital team within Brasshouse Languages has just gained national recognition....

Congratulations to our Brasshouse Translation & Interpreting Services (BTIS), who were recently awarded 'Corporate Member of the Year 2018' by the Institute of Translation & Interpreting's (ITI). 

Overcoming stiff competition from the cream of similar organisations across the country, the team thoroughly deserved this prestigious award. BTIS were singled out for providing a high quality translation & interpreting service whilst upholding the values of the ITI by actively 'promoting the highest standards of the profession.'

The team deservedly celebrated in style, receiving their award in June at the opulent surroundings of The Honourable Society of Gray's Inn in London - one of the main bases for qualified barristers in the country.

Who are BTIS?

Brasshouse Translation and Interpreting Services is Birmingham City Council's language unit that deals with the majority of translation and interpreting that takes place within Birmingham City Council departments.

They are part of the Brasshouse Languages organisation known locally and internationally for its language provision. They have the unique advantage of having native speakers of 30 languages on hand to offer additional language support.Enter your text here ...
